Payment API

A REST API for the full payment lifecycle.

Predictable JSON over HTTPS, with separate test and live environments. Authorise and capture in two steps or one, refund and reverse, and accept alternative payment methods through the same API.

OAuth 2.0 authentication
Short-lived access tokens issued from your API credentials, sent as a bearer token on every request.
Idempotent requests
Send an idempotency key with payment requests so a retried call never charges a customer twice.
Real-time callbacks
Receive the final status of each transaction at your callback URL as soon as it is known.
Consistent response codes
Responses from every acquirer and provider are normalised to one documented set of codes.
