This notice covers this website only. Personal data processed when merchants and their customers use our payment services is covered by our merchant agreements and the related privacy terms.

When you send us an enquiry, we collect:

• Your name and business email address
• Your company name and, if you provide them, your company website and phone number
• Your approximate monthly card volume and area of interest, if you select them
• The message you write to us

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The security check on our contact form uses a signed code that is not stored on your device.

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, to understand whether and how we can provide our services to your business, and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

We share your information only with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you: Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the website, and Amazon Web Services, which delivers enquiry emails to our team. These providers may process data outside Hong Kong and are bound by their own data protection commitments.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of our business communications, after which they are deleted.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct it, in line with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also have rights to erasure, restriction, objection and portability under data protection law there.
